Job summary

Data Connect Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable pre-sales / technical sales professional to act as the primary technical contact during the pre-sales process.

You will translate client requirements into technical solutions, conduct product demonstrations and PoCs, and collaborate with sales and product teams to tailor proposals that meet security, network, and cloud needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a pre-sales or technical sales role in systems, networks and security.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
• Exposure to AI tools and solutions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for potential clients during the pre-sales process.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging our products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and PoCs for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with sales to develop tailored solutions based on client systems, networks and security needs.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures and presentations aligned with customer objectives.
• Partner with engineering, product and support teams to ensure proposals are sound and deliverable.
• Provide feedback to product management to enhance offerings.
• Stay updated on latest trends in systems, networking, cybersecurity, cloud and AI.
