Job summary

STB Singapore Tourism Board is seeking a seasoned Corporate Planning professional to join the Corporate Planning (CP) team under the Strategic & Corporate Planning division. You will help translate long-term strategy into actionable, short- to medium-term plans, ensuring organisation-wide alignment and delivery of priorities.

The role involves leading indicators workstreams, developing the Management Dashboard, coordinating MTI interfaces, and shaping annual planning cycles while supporting

Qualifications

• Strong interest in the Tourism sector.
• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the workstream on STB’s performance indicators and targets.
• Set up the Management Dashboard on STB’s data analytics platform.
• Serve as STB’s deskhead for MTI and manage reporting platforms.
• Organise the annual corporate planning cycle and guide workplans.
• Support industry engagement platforms such as the Tourism Industry Conference (TIC).
