Job summary

The Kallang Group seeks a capable professional to support the development and execution of strategic plans, corporate initiatives and performance reporting in Singapore. You will align business functions with strategic goals, provide analytical support, and help operationalise the Corporate Planning Framework across the organisation.

Key duties include governance, KPI tracking, management reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy or equivalent.
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; data visualisation tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and govern the Corporate Planning Framework and related planning processes.
• Coordinate governance standards, documentation and progress monitoring.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentation materials for reviews.
• Analyze KPIs across departments and provide actionable recommendations.
• Engage stakeholders across functions to align initiatives and drive execution.
• Provide secretariat support for governance meetings and action follow-ups.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
