Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore seeks a proactive Senior Manager to lead corporate planning, performance management and international engagement across SWDA's programmes. You will drive strategy, monitor outcomes and coordinate Board activities to ensure governance and execution align with national priorities.

The role requires strong writing and stakeholder management skills, plus the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations in a dynamic public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders, Boards and partners.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in corporate planning, performance management, data analytics and/or international engagement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage SWDA's corporate planning cycle and develop SWDA's corporate workplan.
• Conceptualize, track and report key performance metrics and outcomes.
• Facilitate and represent SWDA in international engagements to build partnerships and knowledge exchange.
• Coordinate key Board activities and governance requirements.
• Shape and drive corporate strategy in line with national and Ministry priorities.
• Lead the corporate planning cycle, translating goals into organisational plans and outcomes.
• Drive internal communications to build understanding, alignment, and ownership of SWDA's direction.
• Strengthen corporate planning processes to enhance agility, effectiveness and impact.
• Design and oversee enterprise-wide theories of change and performance indicators.
• Provide data-driven insights and a consolidated view of organisational performance for senior leaders.
• Monitor progress against priorities and communicate impact.
• Develop international engagement strategy and manage forums (e.g., ASEAN).
• Identify opportunities for international cooperation and knowledge exchange.
• Conduct horizon scanning to identify trends and opportunities for SWDA.
• Manage international visits and diplomacy-related coordination with government bodies.
• Provide secretariat support for leadership and governance platforms including Board meetings.
• Ensure effective Board governance, appointments, induction, remuneration and reviews.
