PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is recruiting a Manager/Senior Manager, Strategic Planning to drive insights, performance reporting and key planning initiatives from our Singapore office. The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.

Experience in government or public policy is a plus, and a proactive, meticulous approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in strategy, corporate planning, research or related areas.
• Experience in government, public sector or public policy is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Manager/Senior Manager, Strategic Planning

Our client is looking for a corporate planning and strategy professional to drive insights, performance reporting, and key planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends, industry developments, and emerging issues.

• Translate data and findings into meaningful insights, reports, presentations, and recommendations.

• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare updates for senior management.

• Coordinate planning initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring timely follow-up on key actions and deliverables.

• Support planning discussions and leadership meetings through the preparation of materials, presentations, and documentation.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on assigned initiatives and projects.

• Maintain accurate data and reporting to support analysis and informed decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, research, consulting, performance reporting, data analysis, or related areas.

• Experience within the government, public sector, or public policy environment will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful insights and recommendations from data.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate projects effectively across teams.

• Meticulous, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
