Singapore Tourism Board in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Planning professional to guide the strategic direction of the tourism sector, translating long-term plans into actionable short- to medium-term workplans while engaging with MTI and STB leadership.

You will lead performance indicators, develop a management dashboard, coordinate MTI reporting, and organize the annual corporate planning cycle with senior management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in planning or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the corporate planning cycle and set direction.
• Drive performance targets and reporting for STB and MTI.
• Develop management dashboard with the data analytics platform.
• Serve as MTI deskhead and coordinate ministry-level requests.
• Organise the annual corporate planning discussions and prepare guidance materials.
