Job summary

SEA CONSORTIUM PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Business Planning professional to support the CEO and senior leadership with analysis and strategic insight that shape investment, portfolio, and business planning decisions.

You will help with board reporting, M&A evaluation, KPI tracking, and coordinating with Group companies on corporate-level initiatives, ensuring accuracy and rigour in the planning process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university.
• 6–7 years of experience in M&A, business planning, strategy, FP&A, valuations or financial due diligence.
• Proficient English in speaking and writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data structuring and cross-checking.
• Ability to work autonomously with senior management stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare board reporting analyses and long-term cash flow projections.
• Coordinate end-to-end M&A processes and investment analyses.
• Develop KPI tracking with cross-department inputs and dashboard enhancements.
• Provide guidance on corporate-level initiatives and harmonization across group companies.
