I’m helping an AI company to look for a Strategic Partnership Lead to drive ecosystem growth, build meaningful collaborations, and expand the reach of our AI platform. The ideal candidate is a connector with strong cultural and tech fluency, capable of identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partners to create measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development & Ecosystem Growth
Identify, approach, and onboard strategic partners such as wellness creators, cultural community leaders, and industry experts. Build mutually beneficial collaborations that grow partner audiences while attracting new users to our platform.
- Co-Marketing & Campaign Collaboration
Design and execute partnership campaigns, including workshops, digital activations, and co-branded content, to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
- Cultural & Community Integration
Stay attuned to trends in AI, wellness, and cultural communities. Spot emerging communities (e.g., online astrology channels, wellness forums, Telegram/Discord groups) and establish relevant partnerships.
- Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators, thought leaders, media partners, and brands across the tech, AI, and wellness ecosystems.
- Growth & Performance Tracking
Define and monitor partnership KPIs, including user sign-ups, engagement, traffic, and ROI. Analyze results and continuously optimize strategies to maximize partnership-driven growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to ensure partnerships drive measurable outcomes and align with the brand narrative.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in PR, brand partnerships, or cultural marketing, ideally spanning tech, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong network across tech, media, wellness, and cultural communities.
- Understanding of AI and tech communities; ability to speak their language and engage key players.
- Proven track record of executing unconventional campaigns and partnerships that generate genuine buzz.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset; able to measure impact, tie work to business outcomes, and optimize strategies.
- Creative thinking focused on cultural moments, trends, and movements, not just traditional media.
- Global perspective and cultural fluency.
- Open-minded, willing to experiment and learn from failures.
- Fluent in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking team members or partners)
