HL Assurance Pte. Ltd. seeks a growth-focused professional to drive profitability across a multi-channel distribution portfolio.

You will build strong partner relationships, identify new business opportunities and translate market insights into actionable plans. You will manage intermediary relationships, contribute to joint business planning and support SME direct sales initiatives for both commercial and personal lines insurance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• Certifications in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, ComGI) from the Singapore College of Insurance.
• 3 years of relevant experience in multi-channel distribution, ideally with a general insurer.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to translate numbers into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven team player who can work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business revenue and retain existing business across a multi-channel distribution portfolio.
• Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with distribution partners.
• Lead joint business planning with new partners and design value propositions.
• Support the development of a direct sales strategy for SMEs to grow commercial and personal lines insurance sales.
• Analyse intermediaries' production, profitability and market segmentation to grow market share.
• Conduct market research and benchmark industry practices.
• Gather market intelligence with stakeholders to identify trends and buying patterns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to influence product solutions, digitalisation, operations and marketing.
