Income Insurance Limited is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Partnership Distribution Department in Singapore. You will support FA Partners and Advisers, drive sales, and coordinate with sales managers and product teams to achieve business growth.

The role focuses on delivering prompt, professional service to partners and clients, planning campaigns, and building strong, long-term relationships to secure competitive advantages in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience / customer service experience.
• Sales management experience in life insurance and financial services will be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of financial industry and products preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, train and coach FA advisers to achieve business targets.
• Positive, proactive, with good business acumen and results-oriented.
• Independent, self-driven and resourceful.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with assigned FA Partners, FA Advisers, Sales Managers and their product team to drive sales.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns and activities to achieve business goals.
• Develop and establish trust and confidence of partners by providing prompt and effective support.
• Identify and meet partner needs to obtain competitive advantage.
• Develop and maintain good business relationships with strategic partners to create business efficiency.
• Participate in developing and implementing marketing and sales events.
• Focus on team goals and outputs and support team relationships.
• Ensure smooth and efficient business operations for designated FA partners.
• Coordinate with FA Advisers to attend to application queries, rectify documentation errors and follow-up on additional requirements for new business applications.
• Contribute to the overall growth of PD through Strategic Proposition and effective Channel Management.
