Job summary

bolttech Insurance Agency in Singapore is seeking a results-driven sales and business development professional to expand our Employment Agency distribution network. You will identify, onboard, and manage new partners while strengthening ties with existing agencies to capture the dominant share of maid insurance placements.

The role emphasizes field-based collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, service delivery, and proactive market insights.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Polytechnic qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years in sales, business development, or account servicing; insurance or agency environments preferred.
• Demonstrated interest and capability in sales, relationship management, and achieving targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging external partners.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to identify basic upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a field-based sales role.
• Good spoken and written English; good spoken Malay is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new Employment Agency distribution partners to achieve assigned acquisition, placement, and revenue targets.
• Building and strengthening relationships with existing Employment Agency partners to position bolttech Insurance Agency as the partner of choice, securing the majority share of their maid insurance placements.
• Actively managing partner portfolios to grow placement volumes, improve retention, and maximize share of wallet.
• Identifying and developing cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive incremental revenue growth from non-maid insurance products.
• Maintaining a strong on-the-ground presence to gather market intelligence on regulatory changes, partner needs, and competitive activity, enabling timely and effective responses.
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing partner support.
