Job summary

Singapore Post Limited is seeking a Manager, Business Development to drive revenue by selling the full range of Logistics solutions, including postal and courier services. You will rely on CRM for forecasts, pipelines, and data-driven insights, while building strong relationships with key accounts.

This role requires 2–3 years of logistics sales experience, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work with internal teams to deliver proposals promptly.

• 2–3 years of relevant Sales experience in the Logistics Industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets by selling the full spectrum of Logistics solutions (postal and courier).
• Prepare accurate sales pipelines and comprehensive sales forecasts using the CRM system.
• Maintain and update opportunities and pipelines in CRM with precise forecasts.
• Provide data-driven analysis on financial results, opportunities, issues and market trends.
• Identify, pursue and develop strategies to secure new business with key accounts.
• Negotiate complex deals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional proposal delivery.
