Confidential Logistics Partner in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Freight Forwarding, Warehousing and 3PL solutions. You will hunt new business, build a robust sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract closure.

The role requires 4+ years in BD within logistics, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels to convert opportunities into long-term customers.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in business development or hunter sales in logistics sectors.
• Experience selling integrated logistics solutions.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics, Warehousing, and Transport.

Aufgaben

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Freight Forwarding, Warehousing and 3PL solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation and solution selling through to negotiation and contract closure.
• Understand customer supply chain requirements and propose tailored logistics solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing strategies and business presentations.
• Work closely with internal operations and solution teams to develop competitive customer solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals and key business development KPIs.
