Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or key account management.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and pricing structures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business clients for logistics, parcel delivery, e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile delivery services.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities with e-commerce platforms, online retailers, SMEs, corporate clients and third-party logistics providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer retention, repeat business and revenue growth.
• Source new leads, conduct cold calls, arrange client meetings, deliver sales presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Understand clients’ logistics requirements and propose suitable delivery solutions, including parcel collection, sorting, warehousing, fulfilment and door-to-door delivery.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, service agreements and tender submissions.
• Work closely with operations, fleet management and customer service teams to ensure smooth service implementation and delivery performance.
• Monitor sales pipelines, revenue targets, pricing strategies, customer feedback and competitor activities.
• Track key sales performance indicators and prepare regular sales reports and business forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, introduce new services and improve overall profitability.
