Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated L&D experience in corporate or tech environments.
• Strong background in executing full competency gap analyses (LNA).
• Experience in curriculum design, vendor management, and program valuation (content creation not required).
• Excellent communication skills to influence and partner with C-suite leaders.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle LNA: gap analysis to roadmap design, execution and rollout.
• Learning Ops: manage end-to-end learning programs, vendor selection and content curation.
• C-Suite Partnering: align tech training needs with senior leadership and drive adoption.
