Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic invites applications for a Learning & Capability Development professional to drive development programmes and capability initiatives on a 2-year contract basis. You will partner with academic and admin teams to deliver end-to-end learning solutions.

You will design and deliver leadership development, coordinate 360 feedback exercises, manage staff sponsorship programmes, and implement career development initiatives while maintaining dashboards and reporting for programme

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in HR, with L&D or programme management exposure.
• Familiarity with Public Sector HR policies and guidelines will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of learning and development programmes end-to-end.
• Coordinate leadership development initiatives and 360 feedback exercises.
• Administer staff sponsorship programmes from applications to reporting and governance.
• Design and implement career development initiatives to boost workforce readiness.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to track learning metrics for programme monitoring.
