ETHOS SEARCH ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a temporary staff member to support the Leadership Development team within People & Culture. You will identify capability gaps, design interventions, and coordinate 360-degree feedback and executive coaching initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with external partners, data analysis, and delivering development programs to leaders. Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement are essential in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of leadership/learning development experience.
• Comfortable with learning new systems, able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Established track record in implementing leadership development initiatives (e.g., 360-degree feedback, executive coaching, leadership competency frameworks).
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identifying capability gaps in managers and leaders, and drawing up intervention strategies, plans and activities to address them.
• Designing and developing initiatives to build leadership and managerial capabilities, including producing related contents and materials.
• Supporting end-to-end administration and implementation of 360-degree feedback exercises (system configuration, onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up interventions).
• Working with external partners, vendors and providers to develop, curate and customize leadership development solutions.
• Engaging and providing administrative support to management and leaders on executive coaching services.
• Conducting evaluation on the effectiveness of applied leadership development solutions.
• Facilitating leadership development activities and interventions, subject to expertise and practice.
