Job summary

ZENITH INFOTECH (S) PTE LTD. is seeking a dedicated Leadership Development professional to diagnose capability gaps and design targeted interventions across the organisation.

You will shape learning roadmaps, curate high-quality initiatives, and oversee 360 feedback cycles from configuration to post-assessment follow-up. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, vendor collaboration, and ROI evaluation, with a hands-on approach to coaching senior leaders and delivering impactful development

Qualifications

• . 3–5 years in Leadership Development or Talent Management.
• Hands-on experience implementing leadership initiatives such as 360 feedback, executive coaching, and competency frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret 360 data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end 360-degree feedback exercises (system configuration, onboarding, communication, analysis, reporting, and follow-up).
• Collaborate with external vendors and learning partners to co-develop leadership solutions.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for executive coaching programmes for senior leaders.
• Evaluate effectiveness and ROI of leadership development programmes and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate leadership development workshops and sessions where relevant.

You will play a key role in building leadership and managerial capabilities across the organisation — from identifying capability gaps to designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful development solutions.

Role:

• Partner with stakeholders to diagnose leadership capability gaps and design targeted intervention strategies and learning roadmaps.
• Design, develop and curate high-quality leadership development initiatives, toolkits, and content.
• Manage end-to-end 360-degree feedback exercises — including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis, reporting, and post-assessment follow-up.
• Collaborate with external vendors and learning partners to co-develop and customise leadership solutions.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for executive coaching programmes for senior leaders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of leadership development programmes and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate leadership development workshops and sessions where relevant, based on your expertise.

Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing leadership initiatives such as 360 feedback, executive coaching, management development programmes, and/or leadership competency frameworks is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret 360 data and feedback into actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning new systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A team player who is organised, proactive, and passionate about developing people.
