Job summary

Borouge PTE is seeking a Learning & Development professional based in Singapore to manage L&D, competency development, and internship programs across functions. You will design, implement, monitor and audit training initiatives aligned with business needs and ISO requirements.

Working with leadership and regional stakeholders, you will drive the build-up of the Learning Organisation, enhance LMS usage, and support succession planning and leadership development to strengthen the company-wide

Responsibilities

• Learning & Development: Identify development needs and translate into learning interventions
• Review Training Needs Analysis to establish organisation development solutions
• Manage implementation of training plans, budgets, roadmaps and programs
• Audit procedures to comply with ISO requirements
• Enhance Learning Management System (LMS) to support learning organisation
• Competency System Management: Consolidate and enhance competency framework for employee assessment and development
• Provide advice during competency assessment for compliance and objective evaluation
• Implement competency roadmaps aligned with changing needs
• Review and maintain competency profiles for development interventions
• Contribute to establishment of in-house academy
• Organisation Development & Employment Branding: Assess organisational effectiveness through regular business interactions
• Identify and provide feedback to improve team synergies and productivity
• Ensure Borouge’s presence at career events and university sponsorships
• Drive collaboration with universities for internships
• Leadership Development: Evaluate leader proficiencies to identify gaps and offer leadership development programs
• Support in-house leadership mentor pool to strengthen leadership pipeline
• Talent Management & Succession Planning: Assist in talent reviews and succession planning to identify high potentials
• Coach identified high potentials on growth through development programs
