Job summary

Borouge PTE in Singapore seeks a professional to lead Learning & Development, competency development, internship programs and talent management. The role partners with leadership and regional stakeholders to design, implement and monitor training, competency, and development strategies, while upholding ISO-aligned processes and LopS compliance. Based in Singapore and closely connected with the regional team.

Qualifications

• Identify development needs and translate into learning interventions.
• Review Training Needs Analysis and propose organisational development solutions.
• Manage training plans, budgets, roadmaps and programs for continuous improvement.
• Ensure ISO-compliant admin procedures through audits and findings.
• Enhance Learning Management System (LMS) to support a learning organisation.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and enhance competency framework for employee assessment and development.
• Provide guidance on competency assessment to ensure compliance and objective evaluation.
• Develop competency roadmaps aligned with changing organisational needs.
• Contribute to establishing an in-house academy as applicable.
