Job summary

Borouge PTE in Singapore seeks a professional to oversee Learning & Development, competency development, internships, and talent management activities. The role involves designing, implementing and monitoring training programs, reviewing policies and procedures, and conducting data analysis to improve training effectiveness according to internal SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address individual and organizational development needs and translate them into learning interventions.
• Review Training Needs Analysis data and develop organisation development solutions.
• Manage training plans, budgets, roadmaps and programs for continuous improvement.
• Ensure administrative procedures and ISO compliance via audits and findings.
• Enhance Learning Management System (LMS) to support a learning organisation.
• Consolidate and enhance competency framework to assess and develop employees.
• Advise employees during competency assessments to ensure compliant and objective evaluation.
• Develop competency roadmaps aligned with changing organisational needs and profiles.
• Support in establishing an in-house academy and university collaborations for internships.
• Assist leadership in assessing effectiveness, coaching high-potential individuals, and promoting leadership development.
