• Review Training Needs Analysis data and recommend organisation development solutions.
• Manage training plans, budgets, roadmaps and programs for continuous improvement.
• Ensure ISO compliance through audit findings and implementation of admin procedures.
• Enhance Learning Management System to support a Learning Organisation.
