Job summary

Borouge PTE in Singapore invites a capable Learning & Development professional to lead the design, development and monitoring of training programs, competency development, and internship initiatives across functions.

You will collaborate with regional stakeholders and leadership to shape talent management, succession planning, and organizational development, ensuring training aligns with ISO and SOP standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify individual and organisational development needs and translate to learning interventions.
• Review Training Needs Analysis and develop organisation development solutions.
• Manage implementation of training plans, budgets, roadmaps, and programs for continuous improvement.
• Implement LMS enhancements to support building a learning organisation.
• Consolidate and update competency framework to assess and develop employees.
• Support in talent management and succession planning to identify high potentials.
• Assist in leadership development through programs and mentoring initiatives.
• Collaborate with universities and external partners for internships and industry engagement.
