Job summary

Borouge PTE in Singapore seeks a Business Development Director (Strategic Partnerships) to guide learning & development, competency development, and internship programs. You will work with leadership and regional stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor training initiatives that align with business needs and ISO requirements.

You will manage L&D budgets, roadmaps, LMS enhancements, and the establishment of an in-house academy.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying development needs and translating them into learning interventions.
• Managing training plans, budgets, roadmaps and programs for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to organizational development solutions and internship initiatives.

Responsibilities
