Job summary

Borouge PTE in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Management to oversee learning & development, competency development, internship programs, and talent management within functions.

You will design, develop, implement and monitor training products and services, review policies and SOPs, perform data analysis and audits on training effectiveness, and collaborate with leadership and regional stakeholders to implement strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

• Identifying development needs and translating them into learning interventions
• Review Training Needs Analysis with data collection, analysis and recommendations
• Manage implementation of training plans, budgets, roadmaps and programs for continuous improvement
• Manage administrative procedures to comply with ISO requirements
• Enhance Learning Management System to support learning organisation
• Consolidate and enhance competency framework for employee assessment and development
• Implement competency assurance process to support career progression
• Advise employees during competency assessment to ensure compliance and objective assessment
• Implement competency roadmaps aligned with changing needs
• Review and maintain competency profiles to support development interventions
• Contribute to establishment of in-house academy
• Assist manager in assessing organisational effectiveness through regular business interactions
• Identify and provide constructive feedback to improve team dynamics and productivity
• Ensure Borouge’s presence at career fairs, talks, networking events and university sponsorships
• Drive collaboration with universities for overseas and local internship programs
• Support leadership development by evaluating proficiencies and offering programs
• Support in implementing in-house leadership mentor pool to strengthen leadership depth
• Support in planning talent reviews and succession planning to identify high potentials and coach them
