Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders and regional stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor training initiatives aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong data analysis, policy review, and adherence to internal SOPs, with responsibilities spanning LMS enhancements, talent management, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing L&D programs.
• Knowledge of competency development and ISO procedures.
• Ability to partner with leadership and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify development needs and translate into interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor training programs and LMS enhancements.
• Support succession planning and talent reviews.
• Collaborate with universities and institutes for internships.
