Borouge PTE is seeking an experienced professional to lead Learning & Development, competency development, internship programs, and talent management initiatives in Singapore. Responsibilities

Identify individual and organisational development needs and translate into learning interventions.
Review Training Needs Analysis and develop organisation development solutions.
Manage training plans, budgets, roadmaps and programs for continuous improvement.
Contribute to ISO-compliant administrative procedures and LMS enhancements.
Consolidate and enhance competency framework and assurance processes for career progression.
Support organisational development, employer branding, and engagement in career events and internships.
Assist leadership development initiatives and mentor pool to strengthen leadership depth.
Support talent management and succession planning activities.
