Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking an Account Manager to lead commercial relationships with key accounts in Singapore. The role focuses on driving business growth and profitability through strategic account planning and cross-functional collaboration with operations and finance.

You will conduct regular business reviews, analyze performance, identify opportunities, and coordinate smooth onboarding of new business while ensuring adherence to procedures and regional strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Logistics / Transportation or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in the supply chain industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial relationships with key accounts and ensure business growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain account plans aligned with regional strategies.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze account performance and identify opportunities and risks; provide recommendations to management.
• Coordinate implementation of new business and handover of SOPs to operations; monitor compliance.
