Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with logistics or supply chain background.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience handling escalated issues.
• Leadership experience to mentor and guide junior team members.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients regarding logistics‑related matters, inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
• Handle complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Provide proactive communication to customers on order status, shipment updates, delays, and disruptions.
• Foster long-term relationships through personalized service and tailored solutions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve logistical and delivery‑related issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address problems promptly.
• Mentor junior customer service staff and support SOP development.
• Monitor orders from initiation to delivery and prioritize fulfillment.
• Prepare reports on customer service metrics for management.
