You will build and mentor a high-performing team, collaborating with Operations, Finance, Solutions Design, IT, Quality and Business Development to deliver outcomes, drive account plans, and expand opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Logistics/3PL with APAC focus
• Proven ability to deliver financial gains on projects
• Experience in client-facing roles at C-suite/Regional/Global levels

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Account Management to strengthen key relationships and growth
• Retain, develop, and expand strategic accounts across target sectors
• Drive revenue growth, renewals, and customer lifetime value
• Ensure delivery of commitments and service outcomes via cross-functional collaboration
• Develop and execute customer growth plans aligned with regional/global strategies
• Build and mentor a high-performing Account Management team
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Solutions Design, IT, Quality and BD
• Support leadership in expanding DHL's market position within existing accounts
