Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Key Account Executive- Contract Logistics to manage key accounts in contract logistics. You will drive revenue within accounts by delivering solutions that meet service levels and SLAs, acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.

The role requires 3–4 years in a similar capacity, with logistics and warehouse operations experience, plus strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to support growth and renewals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Tertiary qualifications.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations and contract logistics.
• Experience in business development in logistics.
• Commercial acumen.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key clients.
• Understand client objectives and challenges; propose solutions and services.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve growth targets.
• Follow up and monitor all the RFI, RFQ, RFP necessary documentation for submission.
• Prepare presentations and proposals.
• Participate in regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally; handle escalations with root cause analysis.
• Support contract renewals, negotiations, and compliance with SLAs.
