Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an operations professional to manage daily activities for assigned key customer accounts. You will coordinate import/export shipments by air, sea, and land, monitor milestones from booking to delivery, and ensure service levels and SLA adherence.

You will liaise with Sales, Operations and customers to maintain SOPs, produce timely reports, resolve issues, and foster strong relationships with partners to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry- Ocean and Air/ Import and Export
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate activities, and maintain efficient operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for assigned key customer accounts.
• Coordinate import and export shipments via air, sea, and land transport.
• Monitor shipment milestones from booking to final delivery.
• Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to both external and internal clients.
• Coordinate with various parties including Sales and Operations to implement and maintain customer Standard Operating Procedures and prevailing Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Provide day-to-day contact with customers and control tower team on operational issues.
• Coordinate customer service efforts from all offices and departments involved with assigned accounts.
• Ensure services are meeting or exceeding client requirements
• Support in preparation of reports and ensure that reports are accurate and distributed timely.
• Resolve problems and recommend solutions to prevent similar occurrences.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and business partners.
• Other duties as assigned
