Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Key Account Executive to strengthen relationships with major clients in a leading MNC logistics provider. This permanent role offers AWS, annual leave, and medical coverage, with standard hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

As the primary interface between clients and internal cross-functional teams, you will optimize operations, review accounts with Team Lead or Business Manager, and ensure service excellence through proactive issue

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business or an equivalent qualification and 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy when handling large volumes of data.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client requirements to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling communications promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term engagement and account growth.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance, to fulfil client requirements.
• Monitor workflows, manage client expectations, and provide regular progress updates.
• Support demand planning activities with clients to ensure supply is aligned with business needs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and clients, highlighting key performance indicators and operational updates.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
