Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Singapore is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive for Contract Logistics. You will manage key accounts, be the main client contact, and ensure service levels meet SLAs while driving revenue.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to fulfill client objectives, identify growth opportunities, and support RFI/RFP submissions and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling key accounts within logistics or 3PL is preferred.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation abilities required.
• Must understand contract logistics and warehouse operations.

Job description

The Key Account Executive- Contract Logistics will be responsible for handling the Company's Key accounts in Contract Logistics. The incumbent will manage and ensure that the company fulfills its service and performance standards as per agreed service level agreements. He or she will provide effective solutions to the key accounts and ensure effective customer relationship management to drive revenue within the account.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts.

Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key clients.

Understand client objectives and challenges; propose solutions and services.

Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Custom Brokerage, operations, customer service, project, solution) to ensure client needs are met.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve growth targets.

Follow up and monitor all the RFI, RFQ, RFP necessary documentation for submission.

Prepare presentations and proposals.

Participate in regular business reviews of QBR or MBR with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.

Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally. Handle client escalations effectively, ensuring root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Support contract renewals, negotiations, and compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

About you

Possess 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Possess Tertiary qualifications.

Experience in logistics, warehouse operations and contract logistics.

Experience in business development in logistics.

Possess commercial acumen.

Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Possess knowledge in warehouse operations and contract logistics.
