Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Key Account Executive to solidify relationships with major clients and act as the primary interface between clients and internal cross-functional teams. The role focuses on optimizing operations, coordinating with Sales, Logistics, and Finance, and delivering regular performance updates.

The ideal candidate has a minimum Diploma in Business with at least two years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client requirements to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling communications promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term engagement and account growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and clients, highlighting KPIs and updates.
• Assist in onboarding and knowledge sharing with new team members to maintain service standards.
