Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics S Pte Ltd is seeking a Key Account Executive- Contract Logistics to manage our strategic accounts in contract logistics. You will ensure service levels are met and drive revenue within the accounts.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to deliver solutions, handle renewals, and participate in quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree or tertiary qualifications.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations and contract logistics.
• Experience in business development in logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Serve as primary contact between the company and key clients.
• Understand client objectives and propose logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage RFI, RFQ, RFP submissions and documentation.
• Prepare client presentations and proposals.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Address client issues and manage escalations with root-cause analysis.
• Support contract renewals and SLA compliance.
