Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Singapore is seeking a Key Account Executive- Contract Logistics to manage key accounts and ensure SLAs are met. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions and drive revenue within existing contracts.

You will build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, prepare presentations, and support renewals and negotiations, while maintaining a KPI-driven approach and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations and contract logistics.
• Experience in business development in logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to deliver impactful presentations.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key clients.
• Understand client objectives and challenges; propose solutions and services.
• Coordinate with Sales, Custom Brokerage, Operations, and other teams to meet client needs.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth.
• Follow up and monitor RFI, RFQ, RFP documentation for submission.
• Prepare presentations and proposals.
• Participate in regular business reviews (QBR/MBR) with clients.
• Resolve client issues and escalations; perform root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Support renewals, negotiations, and SLA compliance.
