Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination of assigned customer accounts, ensuring requirements are followed through and inquiries are answered in a timely, professional manner.

You will coordinate with operations teams, carriers, and service providers to monitor shipment progress, identify delays, and drive timely resolutions while maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for reviews.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, account support, supply chain, or operations coordination.
Prior experience handling customer communication and shipment coordination would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day with customers, ensuring requirements are followed.
Respond to enquiries and service requests professionally.
Maintain regular communication on shipment status with stakeholders.
Prepare reports, meeting materials, and action trackers for reviews.
Maintain accurate customer records and logs in relevant systems.
Monitor outstanding requirements and follow up to ensure timely closure.
Support onboarding and changes to customer operating requirements.
Participate in customer meetings and service reviews when appropriate.
Coordinate with operations teams, overseas offices, carriers, and service providers.
Escalate urgent operational issues and investigate discrepancies.
