Job summary

Intellipro Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales of printing and IT products and services in Singapore.

The role requires Diploma or Degree and at least 3 years of sales/account management experience, with IT office automation experience being advantageous. A proactive, English-proficient communicator with CRM familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree required.
At least 3 years of relevant sales/account management experience.
Sales experience in IT office automation is an advantage.
IT-savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
Own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer accounts and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines to meet targets.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable printing, IT products, solutions and services.
Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer needs; support RFPs and major opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products/services.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales updates.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
