Job summary

IL Network Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a results-driven sales professional to generate new business, promote IT solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, understand client needs, present compelling IT offerings, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored services that meet customer requirements. A Diploma/Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration or related field.
• Sales experience in IT solutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and identify potential business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Promote IT solutions and services to customers.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Meet and communicate with customers to understand their needs.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and business partners.
• Prepare sales reports and follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions to clients.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Keep up with market and industry trends.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
