Job summary

MINDEF Singapore is seeking an HR business partner to provide strategic HR support to department stakeholders, guiding talent development and career progression. You will work closely with leaders to shape people strategies and talent pipelines.

You will handle deployment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, retention, and data-driven workforce planning, with restructuring support as needed to ensure organisational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR management experience preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Independent, proactive, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on HR matters including deployment, employee affairs, benefits, awards, and exit management.
• Guide employee career progression.
• Manage compensation and benefits.
• Handle retention and exit processes.
• Analyse data for workforce planning.
