Confidential in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business priorities. The role combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution across organisational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations and change management.

Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to translate needs into actionable plans, guiding organisational design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience with significant HR business partnering.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence people decisions.
• Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery in a dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-market teams is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into actionable people plans.
• Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning and capability development.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, team development and performance management.
• Lead talent reviews and support the identification, development and retention of key talent.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with fairness, discretion and sound judgment.
• Work with HR specialist teams to deliver recruitment, learning, compensation and other people initiatives.
• Support organisational change through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Use people data and employee feedback to identify trends, recommend improvements and assess outcomes.
