Job summary

StarHub is seeking an HR Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leadership in Singapore, translating priorities into practical people plans that strengthen capability and performance.

You will independently manage a broad range of HR matters, lead workforce planning and organisation design, oversee performance cycles, and coach managers on feedback and career development to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field
• 4–6 years HR experience, HRBP or generalist
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, recruitment and rewards
• Understanding of employment legislation and HR practices

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to executives, translating priorities into people plans
• Lead workforce planning, headcount management, succession and capability development
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define hiring requirements and pipelines
• Oversee performance management cycles, coaching and feedback
• Advise on employee relations, confidentiality and policy interpretation
