Job summary

You will advise department heads on workforce planning, lead talent acquisition, performance management, and ensure MOM compliance. This role offers exposure to a global trading environment and strategic influence across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 6+ years HR experience, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
• Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and MOM processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to department heads on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Create structured interviewing and assessment frameworks to identify and select talent.
• Oversee recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers and onboarding.
• Lead performance appraisal processes and drive learning and development programs.
• Administer compensation & benefits and refine HR policies while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain HRIS records and manage employee relations and documentation.
• Coordinate MOM EP applications and renewals and liaise with payroll vendors.
• Drive employer branding on social platforms to attract top talent.
