As the trusted advisor, you will handle employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR operations while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Good business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and proactive attitude with ownership mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
• Support workforce planning to address manpower needs and retention challenges.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Advise managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR best practices.
• Support learning, development, and performance management initiatives.
• Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programmes.
• Guide managers on goal setting and performance reviews.
• Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Handle onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, and employee records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave, attendance, and benefits with stakeholders.
• Maintain HR data and audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience.
