You will partner closely with operational leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic partnership with business leaders to translate priorities into people plans and measurable actions.
• Lead workforce planning, organization effectiveness, talent management and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives with a focus on engagement.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on compensation, payroll and benefits, and HR analytics.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
