You will support workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness to enhance performance and outcomes.

You are a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters while ensuring compliance and smooth HR operations across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Good business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with goals.
• Support workforce planning to address manpower needs and retention.
• Advise managers on employee relations and HR best practices.
• Support learning and development to strengthen capabilities.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, and records.
• Drive diversity and inclusion and ensure compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
