Responsibilities

Lead and manage key HR functions such as employee performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, learning and career development.
Drive performance review processes and support goal-setting initiatives and provide coaching to managers on feedback, development, and performance improvement.
Support workforce planning, retention, and succession planning for Exempt employees.
Drive HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and performance.
Propose HR strategies and policies that support employee initiatives and organizational goals.
Utilize analytics to drive results and recommend improvements.
Provide guidance on HR policies and processes and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Provide oversight and support to the rest of the HR team members.
