EPICSOFT ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with senior leaders across the GCL Group.

You will deliver HR solutions spanning workforce planning, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and employee relations, while staying hands-on in daily HR operations. The role emphasizes building HR frameworks, advising stakeholders, and driving organisational development of across the group, with strong English and Mandarin

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of progressive HR experience with HRBP or generalist exposure.
• Strong hands-on experience in performance management, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits and employee relations.
• English and Mandarin proficiency required; international exposure is a plus.
• IHRP-CP or IHRP-SP certification would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical people initiatives.
• Lead performance management, KPI development, probation reviews and calibration.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate pipelines for priority roles.
• Develop and benchmark compensation and benefits programs; support salary reviews and adjustments.
• Advise on workforce planning, organisational changes and talent development initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, governance, onboarding, offboarding and HR data integrity.
