Qualifications

• Degree in HR with at least 5 years as HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of global HR practices, Singapore labour law and mobility policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions.
• Work as a Business Partnering role with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions that enable performance and growth.
• Contribute to workforce strategy, including organizational design, succession planning, and headcount optimization.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Identify skill gaps and design training for technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
• Support career pathing and succession planning for critical roles, ensuring future leadership pipeline.
• Benchmark pay structures, bonus schemes, and incentives competitive within industry.
• Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing diversity, inclusion, and collaboration across functions.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
